DESCRIPTION:Our Candlelight Memorial will include a special message from members\nof our staff and bereavement team\, photo slideshow\, music and a\ncandlelight vigil. \nTo honor your loved one in our photo slideshow\, please email a photo\nwith full name to marketing@upliftedcare.org.
