The Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Group offers a compassionate, understanding space for individuals and families who have experienced the loss of a pregnancy or infant. Whether your loss occurred recently or in years past, this group provides a gentle environment to share your story, explore your grief, and connect with others who understand the depth and uniqueness of this experience.

Facilitated by trained grief support professionals, sessions include opportunities for reflection, emotional expression, and the development of healthy coping strategies. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace as they honor their baby’s memory and find comfort within a supportive community.
All services are completely free of charge.
